I didn’t build this from a place of having it all figured out. I built it after burnout. After starting over. After asking myself some really hard questions about who I was and what I actually wanted. And what I found on the other side was this truth that changed everything… when we choose ourselves, everything shifts.

Since then, I’ve hosted hundreds of real, unscripted conversations with people from all walks of life, helping them share their stories in a way that feels natural, relatable, and powerful.
